AT THE FEET OF THE MASTER AND TOWARDS DISCIPLESHIP (Krishnamurti)

This volume presents the writings of Jiddu Krishnamurti, a 14-year-old Brahmin ragamuffin who was discovered by early Theosophist C.W. Leadbeater on the Theosophical campus at Adyar, near Madras, India. As part of his instruction, Krishnamurti was apparently taught during sleep by one of the advanced "Masters of Wisdom". At the end of each session, the teacher summarised the lesson in a few simple sentences, and each morning the boy would write down what he remembered of the night's teaching. Aside from corrections to the English, spelling and punctuation, his writings have not been changed.
