This
excellent workshop uses the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) to
help you understand personality differences. The MBTI is the most
widely used instrument of its kind, and its importance in
interpersonal relationships is well documented.
The
workshop will clarify differences in personal preferences,
communication styles and interpersonal dynamics – the very issues
that can often make or break successful relationships. An
understanding of how fundamentals of your own personality differ
from those closest to you, can assist in reducing conflict by
redirecting potential sources of misunderstanding.
You will
get to take the MBTI questionniare, and receive a comprehensive
booklet that describes your type, enhancing understanding of
yourself, as well as your natural strengths and potential areas for
growth.
The
workshop is valuable for individuals, partners or family members
who wish to improve relationships with those at home, work or
school.
