After-hours
event
The bookstore
will be open to guests at your event. The cafe will be open for
retail drinks and counter snacks only, unless special arrangements
are made.
Hourly rate for up
to 25people: $50/hour
Please include an extra hour in your
costings to cover half an hour either side for set-up and
close-up.
*Marketing & Admin fee: $90
(for public events)
Overhead
projector and screen hire: $35
Microphone
hire: $25
Prices exclude GST
The Bodhi
Tree furniture may be re-arranged to suit the requirements of your
event. We request that you allow sufficient time and people to
arrange this ahead of time, and to return it to its original
position afterwards.

Talk during normal trading
hours
Talks may be held in our
coffee lounge in the mornings or late afternoons. If you anticipate
that your event will draw more than 25 people, then an after-hours
event would be more suitable.
